Frequently asked questions
Condition grading, calibration, warranty, shipping and how we verify what we sell.
What condition is your equipment in?
All stock is used, surplus or refurbished. Every unit is powered up and functionally tested before it is listed, and the condition grade is stated in writing on your quote. Where an item has a fault or missing accessory, we say so up front.
Do you supply calibration certificates?
Yes, for most models. We can ship with accredited calibration performed before despatch. Tell us which standard your quality programme requires and we will quote calibration alongside the instrument.
Is there a warranty?
Standard warranty is 30 days parts and labour from delivery. Extended coverage can be arranged on higher-value calibration and biomedical instruments.
Do you sell to dealers and refurbishers?
Yes. Most of our volume goes to equipment dealers, refurbishers and independent service organisations. Dealer and quantity pricing is standard, not exceptional.
How do I know the equipment is genuine?
Counterfeit instruments are a known problem in this market. Every unit is checked for serial number consistency, firmware behaviour, internal construction and packaging before it enters stock. Anything we cannot verify does not get sold.
How quickly do orders ship?
In-stock items normally ship the same or next business day from Plano, Texas. Items requiring calibration before despatch typically add three to five business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We handle export documentation for most destinations. Some radiation measurement instruments have additional requirements, which we confirm before accepting an order.
Can I return an item?
Yes. If an instrument does not perform as described, return it within 30 days for repair, replacement or refund.
Do you buy equipment as well as sell it?
Yes. We buy single instruments through to complete service fleets and laboratory closures, and we pay for freight. Send your list through the sell page.
Can you source a model that is not listed?
Usually. Our stock turns over faster than the website updates, and we have standing sourcing relationships. Send the model numbers and we will check current and incoming stock.
