Terms of sale
The basis on which Ovento Systems sells used and refurbished equipment.
Condition and description
All equipment is sold as used, surplus or refurbished unless stated otherwise. Condition is described in writing on each quotation and takes precedence over any general description shown on this website.
Pricing and availability
Prices shown on this website are indicative for a single tested unit and do not constitute an offer. Stock is subject to prior sale and prices are confirmed on written quotation.
Warranty
Unless otherwise agreed, equipment carries a 30-day parts and labour warranty from the date of delivery, covering functional failure not caused by misuse, unauthorised repair or accidental damage.
Returns
If an item does not perform as described, notify us within 30 days of delivery to arrange repair, replacement or refund. Return authorisation must be obtained before shipping any item back.
Calibration
Where calibration is purchased, the certificate supplied states the standard applied and the date of calibration. Calibration status of items sold without a certificate is stated on the quotation.
Export
The buyer is responsible for compliance with import requirements in the destination country. Certain radiation measurement instruments carry additional requirements which we confirm before accepting an order.
