Process Calibrators

Process calibrators are the highest-value handheld category we stock, and the one where buying used makes the strongest financial case — a documenting calibrator that costs several thousand new is often available for a fraction of that with years of service life left.

Documenting, multifunction or loop

Documenting calibrators such as the Fluke 754 and 753 store as-found and as-left results against downloaded procedures, eliminating manual record-keeping. Choose these only if your quality system actually requires calibration records.

Multifunction calibrators such as the 725 and 726 do the same measurement and sourcing work without documentation. Loop calibrators such as the 707 and 789 are faster still for straightforward 4-20 mA work.

Pressure modules are part of the cost

Most calibrators in this category take external pressure modules, and those modules represent a substantial part of the working cost. A calibrator without the ranges you need is only half a solution.

700P modules pair with the 725, 726, 744 and 754; 750P modules cover the higher ranges on the 75x series. We hold modules separately and can quote a matched set.
